About the role
Remark Real Estate is hiring a Sales Agent to join our Business Bay team. You will handle land and plot enquiries, meet landowners and investors, arrange site visits and support deals from first call to transfer at the Dubai Land Department.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads from portals, calls and referrals within 24 hours
Arrange site visits and present plots to investors and developers
Prepare offers, MOUs and deal paperwork with the team
Keep the CRM updated with every call and meeting
Build relationships with landowners and developers
Requirements
At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Valid RERA certificate (or willing to obtain within 3 months)
UAE driving licence and own car
Good English, Arabic is a plus
Comfortable with targets and commission-based income
